The Mood Room by Viddy Pop Studio Return & Exchange Policy

At The Mood Room by Viddy Pop Studio, customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. Every piece is created and curated with love and the intention of bringing personality, creativity, and joy into your space.

More than anything, I want you to feel excited, confident in your purchase, and love your piece as much as I do. My customers are the lifeline of this business, and your satisfaction truly matters to me. The goal is not simply to make a sale, but to create customers for life — people who return again and again because they genuinely love both the artwork and the experience. I believe great customer service is part of creating meaningful art, and I will always do my part to foster long-term trust, loyalty, and satisfaction.

If something isn’t right, I will always do my best to make it right. After all, the whole point is creating art people genuinely love.

Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

  • Printing defects or production errors
  • Pixelated, blurry, or poor-quality prints
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items received
  • Significant inaccuracies or confusion caused by a product description or listing error

If an issue occurs due to an error on our end, we are committed to correcting it promptly and fairly.

Because many of our items are made-to-order, approved returns are typically issued as store credit unless otherwise determined by our team.

Custom & Commission Pieces

Commissioned artwork includes up to three revisions during the design process to ensure the final piece reflects your vision.

Due to the personalized nature of custom and commission work, all custom sales are final once approved and completed.

However, if your item arrives with a printing defect, production error, or shipping damage, we will gladly work with you to correct the issue.

Reporting an Issue

First and foremost, please reach out — I’m here to help and genuinely want you to love your purchase.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • “Order Issue” in the subject line
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Once I review and approve your request, I will provide instructions for the next steps and include a prepaid return label if applicable.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement, items must:

  • Be in the same condition they were received
  • Be unused and unworn when applicable
  • Include original packaging when possible
  • Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom artwork
  • Personalized items
  • Commission pieces
  • Made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
