Because our products are created and shipped by a range of trusted print partners, shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on the item ordered. Below is a general guide:

 For Items Printed by Our Partners:

Processing Time:Typically 3 business days
Shipping Method: USPS Ground (Standard) 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
Expedited Shipping: Available on select products from specific vendors

For Items Printed by The Mood Room (in-house) or Original Paintings:

Processing Time:2–3 business days
Shipping Method: USPS Priority
Shipping Cost: FREE (Always)

For COMMISSIONED PIECES:

Rome wasn't built in a day, but it may have been if they had my patience. I love to paint, so depending on the project size, custom paintings may range from one day to two weeks. Take into account revisions, reviews, and shipping, I'm still a passionate painter, so approximately three weeks for large-scale projects and as close to five days for customs. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your item ships, we’ll send a tracking number to keep you updated every step of the way.

 Delays & Delivery Windows

While we strive to ship quickly, unforeseen delays (holidays, carrier issues, weather) can occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ensure your items arrive as soon as possible.

If it’s been more than **7 business days** since your tracking number was assigned and there’s no movement on your package, please reach out—we’ll look into it right away.
